Throwback Thursday - fun fact
Remember The Republic of Texas Race? It was Allie’s first race as a runner, and she nabbed third place in her age group. Even her niece, also racing, ended up in 3rd place in her age group! A couple years later, Brian joined the same race and also scored 3rd place in his age group. What a cool coincidence, right? This race took runners on a nice route through the A&M campus. Maybe we should bring a similar race back to our area. Any favorite races you miss or would love to see in central Texas?
