y’all know I love me some self/skincare.. have to say since I’ve been using Sugar Wax, my skin feels softer and smoother.. (don’t mention shaving to me again 😫)

So it's been a little over 4 weeks since I started using the Hyalu Melon Facial Cleanser! I’m about half way through the bottle and I have to say I’m in love.⁣
⁣
For someone who is terrible at skincare sometimes and whose oily skin really gets the better of her, I really enjoy how light and hydrating this face wash is (yes you heard me). I use it day and night and in tandem with the Replumping Serum Cream, my skin has never felt more hydrated and soft. ⁣
⁣
I’ve already bought another bottle so I don’t go without it, have you ever tried this or any from the Green Labs line? Comment below! ⁣

as you guys probably know, I’ve been dealing with a lot of self love and anxiety stuff recently and a way I’ve found to deal with those emotions and feelings is through journaling.. ⠀

I got my journal from .tt and I also picked up a gratitude journal to keep me thinking and thanking G-d for the positives.. ⠀

• I have to be honest with you guys..⠀

I have been feeling lost for so long. My mind has been in all sorts of shambles, even writing this. I have suffered so long with thoughts of self doubt, and low self esteem and it has culminated over the last few days.. and I am honestly so tired of it.⠀
⠀
I have gone through so much in the last year and I feel like I’ve never fully dealt with everything in my mind I’ve just pushed it to the back of my head but because I’ve reached the brink, I have to deal with it.⠀

So here’s to self love, self acceptance 🌿 you guys will be seeing a lot more on that theme… so get ready.. ⠀

wash day and review ft Coffee & Hibiscus 🌺 Line⠀

• As you guys know I was sent a really lovely PR package from Kylex Naturals and I wanted to show you a typical wash day for me with the products. ⠀
⠀
I’ve been using everything for approximately a month and I wanted to share my thoughts with you guys..⠀
⠀
• Shampoo: I would say for me that the shampoo is more of a clarifying shampoo, I love the texture which is really smooth and the color which is really dark because of the coffee. I did get some moisture from the shampoo but not a lot which was fine with me. ⠀
⠀
• 2 in 1 Conditioner: I really enjoyed using the conditioner, I found that my hair was really shiny after washing and conditioning with the first 2 products, what I didn’t like was I had to use a lot to get that moisture back into my hair. ⠀
⠀
• Hair Masque: I LOVE the hair masque; it was really THICC and it did a great job with making my hair smoother and softer! ⠀
⠀
• Twist Butter: I love the lightness of the butter and was really happy that it didn’t weigh down my hair when I used it and I was able to use it every other day as well. ⠀
⠀
FINAL THOUGHTS: I really enjoyed using the products, I love the smell and texture of the butter and masque. ⠀
⠀
I’ll definitely be using the twist butter often to get that moisture in during the week. And the products are filled which a bunch of good ingredients like nettle, rosemary, castor oil and obviously coffee and hibiscus. ⠀
