Job Title: Office Manager and Assistant (Young and Energetic)

We are a growing clothing brand based in Pakistan and we are looking for young and energetic guys to join our team as Office Assistants and Managers at our sales office in Saddar, Karachi (Victoria Center next to Zainab Market). The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales and other financial transactions, as well as assisting with the overall management of the office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Keeping records of all sales transactions
Assisting with other bookkeeping tasks as required
Communicating with customers and other stakeholders as necessary
Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
Handling customer inquiries and complaints
Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of computers and relevant software
knowledge of ecommerce platforms like daraz
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for fashion and an interest in the retail industry
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
