Notes from the desk if a Grief Coach ❤️

🔑Two things : if you take depression/ anxiety meds take them! I know your ok with being sad right now but the effects of not having your medicine will last longer than thanksgiving !

🔑Second : Be transparent about where you are this year . Push yourself but don’t push yourself ❤️

🔑Third: we all have people we wish were here with us this holiday but there are people who are still happy to celebrate YOU this holiday remember that !

Breathe , breathe and then breathe again ! You are still breathing for a reason ❤️

We understand how difficult it may be to ask for help, especially if you have bipolar illness. But here's the thing: there's no shame in asking for help. In fact, recognizing when you need help and taking steps to obtain it is a sign of strength and courage.

With the ups and downs that come with bipolar disease, life may be difficult. But you don't have to face it alone. There are people out there that care about you and want to help you.

Reaching out to a mental health professional, confiding in a trusted friend or family member, or joining a support group can all help you manage your condition and achieve stability.

Remember, seeking assistance does not mean you're weak; perhaps it means you are strong enough for taking charge of your mental health and well-being. So don't be frightened to call out for help. You've got this!

When it comes to bipolar disorder, the onset of symptoms can be sudden and overwhelming, leaving individuals feeling confused, scared, and alone.

Without prior awareness, it can be hard to recognize the symptoms of bipolar disorder, leading to delayed diagnosis and treatment. This delay can cause more severe symptoms and can make it even more challenging to manage the condition.

By raising awareness and promoting education about bipolar disorder, we can help individuals recognize the symptoms and seek help sooner. With early intervention and appropriate treatment, individuals with bipolar disorder can learn to manage their symptoms and live fulfilling lives.

At Being Bipolar, we're dedicated to creating a supportive and safe space for individuals living with bipolar disorder. We provide support, insights, and encouragement to help manage the condition and offer resources and information to help people better understand bipolar disorder.
