Some gardening tips to help you start your seeds for your backyard garden.
1. Always water your soil completely before introducing your seeds.
2. Plant two seeds for each hole so you have a backup.
3. Start them outdoors if possible so they are hardened off before planting into the ground.
4. Use a grow light with both blue and red light options to help them grow indoors or on the porch.
5. Use a fan to gently get them used to natural wind or use a heater fan, if starting them indoors during the winter.

Dont fall prey to this content creator mistake like I did. Burnout is real. So, to combat it, try this:
✅Work in batches. Draft your ideas in one sitting, draft captions in another, film one day and edit everything on a SEPARATE day
✅Post and 👻 for your sanity. I update my tracker one a day for any content that is officially 7 days old to get a good look at the data but i will no longer check multiple times a day.
✅Make sure that I am including AT LEAST one self care activity EVERYDAY.
Being numb and enraged or snapping at my kids is NOT it. The whole point of this journey that I’m on is to enjoy motherhood again, and to pay off my debts and enjoy time with my children.
