Friends! Sue, Amanda and I (Cris) want to wish you the happiest New Year. It has been quite the year of events for the FPP ladies, leading us to not being able to record as much as we would have liked. Sometimes hobbies like this just slip to the sidelines when regular life has other plans.

But know this. We are think about you. When we can’t get to the mics, we miss you, too. And we very much appreciate your messages of support, and your questions, and your comments. You all add a lot to our lives, and we are so thankful.

Hey plant buddies, Cris here! You may have noticed we didn't release an episode today, but have no fear - we're not disappearing forever. 🚨 And we're giving away a plant! 🚨 Honestly life is just a little jam-packed lately so we all had to shift our priorities to some other things for a bit. Amanda is literally planting millions of trees and working seven days a week, Sue and her family are working on getting her house packed up so they can move to the acreage of their dreams, and my company has been been building and launching a Content Marketing course that had a very short timeline and a lot of long days. Stack on the fact that we are in a mega-deep freeze (-40 degrees, anyone 🥶 ) plus some stricter government regs (thanks, covid) and you've got yourself a perfect quintfecta of needing to rejigger a few things. We LOVE making the podcast for you and we really dislike when we can't get to the mics, but we also know that sometimes balancing life means having to make choices that are not always ideal. It's not easy but we also know it just is the way it is sometimes. So, for this week instead of putting out a new episode we're giving away a Hoya kerrii splash. It's maybe not quite the same but hey, on the other hand, this is a super cool little plant!
