Hi, I wanted to share with you guys this rental house inspired by a a real midcentury home from Palm Spring. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 restrooms, a very nice kitchen and living room area. The coolest part of this home is the big square pool.

Obviously you can make your sims live there instead of making it a rental. Oasis Spring has a nice weather all year long and this house is obviously better decorated than the base game ones ;)

Hi guys, I’m happy to present you my first modern mansion sims 4 speedbuild. This was built in Newcrest on one of the biggest lot. The lighting is not perfect on this lot but I managed to make it work. This gorgeous front door is from the Spa Day pack and I hope you enjoy this build as much as I do.

Hi everyone, I built this 2 story modern house in Brindleton Bay, you should check out the cool garden in the yard! I was going for a modern build with lots of window. The kitchen is quite out of this world. I wouldn't mind having one like that at home hehe
