This past summer I redefined what fitness meant for me.

After last spring semester I took like a month break from working out. I was exhausted and burnt out.

Long story short, I eased my way back into working out but with a new mindset. The mindset: I want to feel my best, and be fit for anything that I desire to do.

So, I started doing very simple workouts with a focus on cardio and core strength. Didn’t really use any weights, just my body weight mainly.

Ever since, it’s been amazing. I look forward to working out again. It gives me peace, frees my mind. I realized that fitness is wholistic, I stopped obsessing about the way my body looks and started focusing on how my body feels.

Now, having this renewed mindset about fitness it inspired me to share my journey. My hope is to create a community of people who are on the same journey of trying to feel their best, and be fit for anything they desire to do. Join me!
