Hi all! Sorry my posts have been nonexistent for awhile. Life has been crazy busy, but good!

I graduated from college last May and am now am 2 months away from finishing up my first year as a Paraprofessional for 5th Grade and I love it.

As for flow, I have not flowed much at all this winter 😔 I am honestly not a fan of taking my hoops outside in the winter where it is cold and snowy (I'm afraid of them cracking) and space is limited in my house. I'm crossing my fingers for warmer weather where I CAN be outside and I CAN spend hours just playing with my hoops and fans. It has been toooo long.

I had such a fun time performing at an assisted living facility today! My cheeks were hurting from smiling & laughing so much - I got asked questions, showed them flow moves/names of them, & a facility worker even got up & tried to hula hoop!

I also put together a playlist geared towards the older generation (Jimmie Davis, The Chordettes, Wilson Pickett, The Andrews Sisters, & more) and I could hear the residents singing along to the songs which made my heart so very happy 🥺

I also got so so many sweet compliments that absolutely made my day 🥹❤️

Another little gig in the books ✅

I heard one of the sweet old ladies who sat in on my performance at an assisted living facility today say this to the worker who was walking her back to her room:

“wow I don’t know how she does that. That was amazing, God sure did bless her”
