I CAN DO THIS. Repeat this to yourself. Over + over. Whether you’re an overwhelmed business owner, tired mama, or just weary, doubtful individual because of xyz — your thoughts, if allowed, can majorly alter your perceptions of yourself + even make you believe l i e s.

Listen. I’ve been here. And surely will be here again probably tomorrow at some point, let’s be honest. BUT that doesn’t change the fact that we’ve GOT to be k i n d e r to ourselves.

Introducing Daily Deats ♥ where yours truly will be sharing nuggets of wisdom, random thoughts, ponderings, heck I may throw in a joke every now + then. When I hear something + it sticks, I have been journaling it in my iPhone notes + now I am going to share them with you! (btw I am not actually going to do this daily...just liked the alliteration.)
