We are 9 months old!! (A few days ago đ
)
Mila is a happy little girl!
Sheâs been trying a bunch of foods, is very curious about everything, and is officially WALKING!
Things are pretty busy with her around here, but she sure puts a smile on our faces!â¨

8 months old!!
Mila is starting to balance standing up, trying more foods, and has many, many facial expressions!
She is on the move trying her hardest to start walking, so sheâs keeping us busy! But she has the sweetest personality too! đ§Ą

There are many things in life that change.
We see the seasons change, we go through many personal changes, the world changes, our appearances change as we go through lifeâŚ
The only thing that doesnât change is God. He is always there for us, even when we constantly make mistakes.
He will be there for us in any season of life.
Godâs love for us is constant.

Are you constantly wanting more??
Do you feel like once you get something youâve wanted, you immediately think about the next thing you want?
Iâm not talking about reaching your goals and dreams, because we should always be pushing and challenging ourselves to do something new.
Iâm talking about when you buy a new phone and want the next phone a year later.
Things like that where we are constantly wanting, and never truly satisfied.
So are these things really bringing you any joy? Or is it just temporary?
Hereâs my takeâŚfind the things that truly make you happy. A long-lasting happiness that doesnât make you want more in 2 weeks.

While we are waiting and putting in effort towards whatever goals weâre trying to shiver, God is working.
He is placing everything together for His plan for us.
I struggle a lot with trying to understand why God isnât answering my prayers.
But I need to remember He is answering them according to His plan, and I need to stay faithful and keep working through the steps He is giving me.
This is your reminder to stay patient and faithful. God hasnât forgotten about you.

Sometimes living in the city, going back and forth to work, having a busy lifeâŚthe things in life that really matter start to wander away from us.

Because moms tend to only think good things about others, like their kids, and donât think good things about themselves all the time.
So Iâm just going to say this. You are beautiful. You are amazing. You have so much potential. You have so much value. You are worthy of whatever your dreams are!
Stop letting yourself hold you back! God wants to see you succeed and be all He created you to be!

Itâs trueâŚ
The things that really scare us are what lead to growth.
Whatever you might be wanting to learn or do, if itâs out of your comfort zone, youâve probably been making every excuse in the book to make it happen.
This homesteading life is something I was scared to start. What would people think of me? What if I canât make anything of it and just go back to my normal life? The point is, it doesnât matter what the what ifâs are. Just take a chance on something and donât quit until you make it happen!
Here is your reminder to start that new thing, or go to that unfamiliar place! You will learn and grow from it one way or another. đ§Ą

God has placed certain desires and interests in your heart for a reason.
Donât ignore Him when He tells you to go for something. He is placing His plan out for you to take a step of faith.

There is a time for everything. Everything has a season.
We shouldnât be forcing our own plans and agenda when God isnât ready for them to happen yet.
Patience is one of the most challenging virtues, in my opinion. When something doesnât happen, we get stressed and frustrated, and we question if God is even listening.
God is always listening, but because we have a plan, doesnât mean God is ready for that plan to happen. We have to be ready for what He has in store for us, and thatâs not always on our timeline.
Be patient and embrace the waiting. There are probably lessons you should be learning in the meantime. đ§Ą

How are you using your talents?
God gives us many talents, whether we think theyâre a talent is a different story, and sometimes we donât even realize we are good at something, because it seems so small.
We are all good at many things, and those are gifts from God.
We are to use our talents to serve others and praise God with these gifts.
So, are you using your talents? And are you using them to glorify Him?

WellâŚwe have a 6 month oldâŚand taking pictures is no longer easy! đ
If she canât chew on it or climb on it, sheâs not interested!
She loves her puppies, she scoots very fast, is very curious about things, and has started sitting up by herself and pulling herself up to her feet!
Sheâs a tough cookie đŞ and gets up every time she takes a tumble đ§Ą.
We love you so much and canât believe you been in our lives half a year already!

But we have to think about our children too.
Do you show them youâre happy, or are you constantly upset, worried or stressed?
Take care of yourself and make decisions that will allow you to enjoy life more. So you can show that to your children too.

But this is called TRUST and FAITH.

Are you struggling with your path in life? Arenât sure which way you should go?
God will lead us the way we need to go, whatever is best for us. But we must trust in Him and allow His plan to flourish.

As a mom, I am working to be the keeper of our home, raising our children to have faith in God, and putting their talents to work to praise Him.
I donât feel I ever stepped away from God in life, besides times in my life not going to church. But when I found out I was pregnant, going to church became a high priority.
The world is not like it once was, and I want my children to know God and have a strong faith, and be able to stand up for their faith.
And itâs our job as parents to set that example for our kids. This has become one of my most important jobs as a parent!

Our little Mila is 5 months old! Time is flying by!
She is So CLOSE to crawling! She loves watching her puppies play, hanging out in her walker, and talking herself to sleep đĽ°.
She has started trying baby foods and really enjoys taking the spoon and feeding herself haha.
We love you sweetie pie!
