Friday means one thing: a new Bracket Up episode and we have another stupid topic to discuss with you all today!

This week we're going over the best Cartoon Network and Adult Swim shorts of all time. Cartoon Network used to be known for these, airing 2-5 minute cartoons, animated music videos and pilots during commercial breaks. A staple of the 90s and 00s (could be now too, we couldn't tell ya).

Adult Swim took shorts to an entire new level, having an "infomercial" block at 3am that they air one-off 10-ish minute shows. This all means that we watch a whole mess of goofy shorts to determine which one was the best of all time!
