The CBI on Friday filed its charge sheet against four accused in the alleged gangrape and murder case of a 19-year-old Dalit woman in Hathras, officials said.

The agency invoked charges of gangrape and murder against Sandeep, Luvkush, Ravi and Ramu and the local court in Hathras has taken cognisance, lawyer for the accused told reporters outside the court.

The victim was allegedly gang-raped by the four men from the upper caste community in Hathras on September 14. She later died due to her injuries at a hospital in Delhi.

The victim was cremated in the dead of the night near her home on September 30. Her family alleged they were forced by the local police to hurriedly conduct her last rites.

Local police officers, however, said the cremation was carried out "as per the wishes of the family".

The agency has looked into the role of accused Sandeep, Luvkush, Ravi and Ramu who are in judicial custody, officials said.

They were also put through different forensic tests at the Forensic Science Laboratory in Gandhinagar, they said.

The CBI investigators had also met doctors at the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and Hospital, where the victim was treated after the alleged gangrape on September 14, they said.

The Yogi Adityanath Government had faced a lot of flak for the case which was later transferred to the CBI.

The CBI had constituted a team to probe the incident and handed over the probe to its Ghaziabad unit.

The team has already recorded statements of family members of the victim.

The Aam Aadmi Party will contest in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly election in 2022, party chief Arvind Kejriwal declared on Tuesday.

"For what reason do people from regions across Uttar Pradesh need to come to Delhi for medical care, schooling and basis amenities? For what reason wouldn't they be able to benefit that in their own state?" said Kejriwal as he made the declaration.

"In 2022 surveys, AAP will challenge Uttar Pradesh decisions... many people from Uttar Pradesh who live in Delhi have let us know throughout the most recent couple of years that UP too deserves the government assistance and advantages like Delhi," he likewise said. "If Sangam Vihar can have Mohalla Clinics, so can Gomti Nagar,” Kejriwal added.

This is for the second continuous year India has been set in the best 10. A year ago, India held ninth place in the worldwide positioning with a general score of 66.02. To rank different nations, the report took a gander at the four explicit classifications and their benchmark limits: GHG emissions (40%), renewable energy (20%), energy use (20%) and climate policy (20%). Further, it tags the countries with high, medium, low and very low labels.

The report features that India needs to focus on on environmentally friendly power, as it has given the nation a general rating of 7.89 while setting it at the 27th position under this classification with 'medium' ex*****on. In terms of greenhouse gases emissions, India ranks at 12th position with an overall ‘high’ rating (28.39 scores). In the energy use sector, India ranks 10 with an overall ‘high’ rating (14.77 scores).

Curiously, the report has left the initial three places of the positioning 'blank', as none of the nations have been found compatible with the goals led under the Paris Agreement.

Monoliths have popped up in surprising places over the few weeks, with the most recent appearing on a beach on the Isle of Wight.

Authorized, when asked about the Isle of Wight structure, it stated: "The monolith is out of my control now. Godspeed to all the aliens working hard around the globe to propagate the myth.”

The structures have started comparisons with the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey, where an alien monolith is a recurring symbol that appears to play a role in the development of human development.

Then, experts in the Californian city of Atascadero said its monolith had been torn down by a group of young men that traveled five hours in the middle of the night to remove it.

Talking about the Romanian stone monument, the Piatra Neamt city hall leader Andrei Carabelea  wrote on Facebook: "There is no reason to panic for the people who think there is still life in the universe."
