is the owner of 37 Chocolates! She is an award-winning food writer & chocolate sommelier! This brand is so unique to Estelle and fits her vibrant energetic personality! She has a real passion for craft chocolate and most importantly serving people!

She hosts both in-person and has led over 300 online tastings in both English and French to people living all over the world!

Hiiii, I’m Cait, and I’m passionate about art and all things creative!💖

To me there is a sense of freedom in creating art, no real rules, except for the ones that work for you. I encourage you to make your own rules, trust the process and build your own dream.

I had always dreamed of working for myself, designing for different clients, and creating all kinds of art! I’ve still got a long road to go but 2 years ago today I think wow! I can look back to where I started - my design and process has come a long way. My art is my way of keeping a diary.

Sometimes we get so caught up in the future and worried about what’s next, we often forget to look back and see how far we’ve come.

Building my business has been a journey and a good one at that so far! 🙌

If you’ve got a dream to start a business (big or small) and do what you REALLY love - then go for it. Start planning, researching and making small steps to gradually get to where you want to be! ⁣
