3 days ago I didn’t even know I would be ecstatic in indulgence here, the delicious 11*C waters off the Cape Town coast 💦💦💦

On the way to lunch today we saw a cat get run over on the highway, rescued it from the street. The cat didn’t make it but it died in the arms of another being instead of in traffic and I think this made a difference!
We left it with the veterinarian who can contact the owners with the microchip. As sad as it is to lose your beloved pet like this, I’m sure they are glad to know where their cat 🐈 is and that someone held it in it’s last moments! 🧩 there’s no reason to be sad about death as it’s perfect just like birth and we did what we could in that moment. The cat is in a beautiful heaven already 🧩

Waking up energised at 4AM laughing because I know that I know nothing, and everything is possible 🤣

Arriving in a new place at night after a feast outdoors with friends, children and animals. Grateful for all the beauty in coming together authentically, without pressure to be perfect.
Delicious salad and edible flowers hand picked from an organic lettuce farm just hours earlier, a huge paella, great wine, chocolate cake, fruit, high caliber people and casually reading the next year from espresso coffee cups.✨

The gratitude for being able to eat these treats again after being in a physical cleansing process the days before was huge.

Transforming the bed into a quantum healing station enabling transmission or focusing of the energy achieved by teleportation using a quantum entanglement method. Distance is irrelevant and there was no delay. The station is based in Switzerland.

I enjoy Swiss high tech and can stay on a lush green farm with my friend and a cat that joined us just a few barefoot steps away from chickens, horses and a pond.

The humans I get to hang out with are more powerful than the device but science nerdy innovation always brings some geeky fun.

How lucky are we to have all this available! 😮‍💨🍄

I could play with animals instead of writing this post so at least like it if you read it, I’m happy to share with you more information and otherwise just leave this here to show what’s possible🦋🌺🍀

Avebury stone circles. Sheeps and stones and so much inbetween.

My first trip after a long break of traveling took me to England in December 2020.

It was a big thing for me back then to travel again and go to another country.

I ended up discovering Avebury and a lot happened for me during this trip, which I can see today one year later.

It was the starting point of a year long journey around the world!

And most importantly, into myself.

I am inspired.

By the possibility of living in community — a community of like-minded friends with similar values, practicing and enacting those values.

Of right relationship with self, each other, and the land. Truly honoring ourselves — our needs, desires — speaking them out, asking and finding ways to meet them, and loving and nourishing ourselves. Our body. Our soul. Our mental and physical health. Our emotional and spiritual needs.

Of communicating openly — our tensions, withholds, feedback, and appreciation. Staying in our truth, speaking them out courageously. Receiving others’ with an open heart, empathetic listening, care and love.

Of coming to agreements only after all voices are heard. Of owning our shadows and taking 100% responsibility. Of sharing and listening while staying in connection.

The intimacy and safety that’s possible when we all embody and enact these values — is a new set point of trust, safety, love, and belonging — how we’re meant to live.

In community we take care of each other and the land we live on. Instead of a nuclear couple where all our needs are met by one person, we have a whole community to support one other. This is how we evolved as a species — in tribes. Where we raise our children together. Where we look to our elders for their wisdom.

And on the land we grow fruits and vegetables. No additives, fresh, permaculture — regenerating the land and creating a symbiotic, seasonal system that naturally protects against hazards.

As individuals, we tend to our own needs. We have practices and routines that keep us physically healthy and emotionally centered. We work out, yoga, and meditate. As a community we dance and sing together. This creates strong bonds of oxytocin and stimulates the vagus nerve, creating trust and cohesion.

When there is trust, there are new possibilities. Trust is a creative force. It inspires aligned action and co-creation. We are stronger together, and we create bigger things.

It is a community of love. We are in it because we choose to be. We understand the challenges involved, and also reap the benefits. It will require all of us, and we will get back everything we put in, multiplied.

Working in Silicon Valley, I learned that my value is how much I produce. Which OKRs (quarterly metrics) I hit, how many monthly active users my app has, or how I’ve changed the world.

In this system I became a robot. Disconnected from my emotions, judged by what I create, my value solely based on my productivity.

What I needed was genuine connection — with self, others, and the world. The only way I knew how to get that was work. If I’m rich, famous, or successful — founder of a billion-dollar company or world-changing app — then I’ll be respected and admired anywhere I go — in a bar, at a party, and among my friends.

Yet this is not genuine connection. This is fulfilling on one level, yet keeps me on the hamster wheel of endless productivity. It is the only way I know to get my needs met. Even if it mean stressing myself out, creating things that harm people, or turning the planet into garbage — all in the name of the Holy Saint of Growth.

I am done with that.

I am a yes to conscious entrepreneurship. Capitalism that also factors in the environment and our well-being — as fundamental ends in themselves, as values that we, as humans, decide are inherently valuable and want to steward.

In Silicon Valley I forgot what it means to be human — what it’s like to live with a soul.

I am done with a system that exploits my youth, my health, my energy, my vitality — fills me with caffeine and Adderall and gets me to worship idols like Steve Jobs — creating machines that prey on our vulnerabilities to keep us addicted with data-driven dopamine hits.

We are a society with the best technology and the worst mental health.

We need to stop and take a breath.

Pause the growth for just a moment.

And take a gander at what’s here.

When was the last time you walked into nature, to just be, by yourself?

To sit in gratitude at all that’s here, in awe and wonder, of how abundant, beautiful our world truly is?

To appreciate all the privilege and opportunity, instead of lamenting what we don’t yet have, or attempting to justify our privilege out of guilt?

I am so abundantly nourished — by friends, food, nature, beauty, and experiences. And the opportunity to have the time and resources to find innate purpose, passion, and calling. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I choose to use my privilege toward the liberation of all beings — to create a system that allows all to fulfill their dreams, while being abundantly nourished with connection, nature, beauty, and soul.

We are connected.

We belong.

And we can choose to create what is most in alignment with our souls.

May all beings flourish and thrive.

May we co-create in harmony with nature.

May we fall in love with the beauty that’s here.

May we live with purpose and ease, grace and awe.

May we treasure each day that we live.

May we love one another like brothers and sisters.

And may we remember who we are.

We are blessed.

Today I went on the lava fields from the last eruption to check out the sulfur and crystals in the soil that is built around the still active steam vents.

Ahead of the excursion and before removing any stone, we gave an offering to Pele and asked her for permission.

Some notes from my life, an average day….
Cuddling 6 different animals and having a gecko climb on me before 10 AM is a great morning. Cute animals and beautiful nature make up a big part of my dream life!

Trying out new healthy recipes such as organic coffee with turmeric milk (thank you Deva), Asian style noodles with Kimchi (thank you Sha) and leaving for an adventure, I am surprised by the gifts every day has to offer and SO grateful for all the animals and people in my little universe right now, as I grow and unfold and get prepared while resting in not knowing what exactly is to come ⚡️
A few days ago, the tension of not knowing exactly what’s next and how much longer and where and when and so on got so big, I thought I couldn’t handle any more pressure even reached out to a teacher about it. As I was contemplating his advice, of being in ripening process and having to withstand this right now, just in that moment a song in GERMAN language played on the US car radio “ich kann es nicht mehr ertragen” by a totally unknown band named ACRONYM. In translation, it means “I can’t bear this (any longer)”
It was a perfect joke by the universe, playing the soundtrack to my thoughts. The number of views on YouTube of that exact song was my Angel guidance number and further confirmation that I’m on my path and everything is fine, will be fine, and I shouldn’t worry.
So grateful that “even” in this time of complete trust and surrender and not knowing which way the world will turn, where I will wash up and set sails towards, universe has got my back and entertains me daily with animals, beauty and joy 💓✨
