AMANITA MUSCARIA & SWEATING

"A new study is underway aimed at gaining a better understanding of the pharmacology of Amanita muscaria. We are seeking individuals who have have experienced either excessive sweating, excessive salivation, or both, following consumption of A. muscaria (or related psychoactive Amanitas) to participate in an online survey. These surveys are being conducted to gather information about these and other cholinergic symptoms that are commonly reported (including chills and blurry vision) after consuming these mushrooms. Data will be used to develop a better understanding of the mushroom’s pharmacology and its physiological actions.

AMANITA MUSCARIA & SWEATING

"A new study is underway aimed at gaining a better understanding of the pharmacology of Amanita muscaria (chrysoblema). As part of this study, we are seeking to acquire samples of mushrooms that are known to have caused symptoms that include excessive sweating and/or excessive salivation. Samples we collect as part of this study will be submitted for laboratory analysis to study the pharmacology involved in producing these symptoms.

If you, or someone you know, has experienced excessive sweating and/or excessive salivation following consumption of these mushrooms, we would be interested in acquiring samples of the suspect mushrooms for analysis. As part of this study, we have set aside funds to reimburse individuals for sharing their time and materials with us.

IMPERFECT COPIES - $40.

We have two book copies that were cropped incorrectly at the printer.

The books are complete, but there is a gap at the top of the internal pages and then the text goes all the way to the bottom. The only text/image that is cropped is the logo on the bottom of the cover (see photo). These are minor errors that shouldn't affect enjoyment of the book, but which make them “imperfect”. These copies have been signed by the editor and we are offering them for $40 each (U.S.) only, including shipping.

IMPERFECT COPIES - $40.

We have two book copies that were cut incorrectly after printing, leaving little to no space between the text and the end of the page. No text is missing, but the cover is cropped incorrectly at the bottom. Both books are new and signed by the editor, but are being sold at a discount due to the improper cropping.
