I’ve been following since she launched onto the fashion scene around 2015.

After writing about men’s fashion for 15 years, I was never out of the loop with what was going on in the women’s space.

Local and international celebrities have donned her creations, including Kelly Rowland, Vera Blue, Iggy Azalea, Rita Ora and Jessica Mauboy – and recently, Kylie Minogue.

It’s been an eventful year for Mariam, as she launched her creative art pieces in paddington. And as seen here, she’s as down to Earth as ever. 😆

She has a brilliant story of resilience and determination being able to build her label up from a pop-up atelier in Sydney’s east to a globally-recognised fashion name.

Louise Edmonds, the founder of MenStylePower is a stylist, television content producer and fashion writer.

She started her career studying Journalism, Photography and Film & Television, specialising in television presenting, before relocating to Sydney 18 years ago to produce for Network Ten, present on Good Morning Australia and produce series for the Hillsong Channel.

After a long stint in retail intelligence, she noticed the imbalance between the offerings of menswear / womenswear and decided to start outworking advice to men through MenStylePower and several online digital platforms.
