Dear everyone, it's been a while! Apologies for the silence but so much has been going on in 2022.
As some of you might have noticed, I have undergone a rebrand and transitioned my services to Social Media marketing and Food Photography for the Food & Beverage industry. (Brands, Bloggers, Catering Services, Restaurants, small home-based businesses etc.)

Ingredients
๐ธ 50ml fresh raspberry puree
๐ธ 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
๐ธ 12,5ml sugar syrup
๐ธ 37,5ml gin

Stir in 100 grams of panko breadcrumbs to bind the mixture. Form into patties (about 6-8). Coat patties in a mix of 60 grams panko breadcrumbs, and 30 grams flour. This Tuna Breyani with canned tuna and chili oil is proof that you don't need a lot of fancy ingredients for a fantastic meal. * 200g Basmati rice * 250g potatoes * 1 large yellow onion * 1 tsp ground cumin * 400g mixed veggies * 1 tsb chilli oil of choice * 2 cans of tuna * 3 boiled eggs (halved) 1. Cook rice according to instructions on pack and set aside. 2. Fry potatoes until golden brown or roast in the oven. Set aside. 3. Next, fry the onion until translucent. 4. Add the cumin & fry for 2 minutes. 5. Add the veggies and fry for 5 minutes until veggies are tender. 6. Add the chilli oil and cook for 3 minutes. 7. Boil the eggs until hard. Cool the eggs & slice in half. 8. In an large dish, layer the rice, tuna, and potatoes. Top with a layer of rice. 9. Heat the olive oil and fry the onion until translucent. 2. Add celery, bell pepper, carrot, and garlic, and fry for 5 minutes. 3. Add the tomato paste and cook for 3-5 minutes. 4. Add the stock and all the dried herbs. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes. 5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. 6. Add the chopped tomato and zucchini. Cook for 2 minutes. 7.
