Some auditors occasionally yell insults, derogatory language, and vulgarities at police officers who attempt to stop them from recording or improperly demand identification. Police will wrongly sometimes charge auditors with disorderly conduct when they engage in behavior that could be considered unlawful. That's when we "fix dey ass up."

PATA did an open records request for bodycam footage and disciplinary records of two aggressive officers, officer Debias #162 and Corp. Kishel #183.... and did these public servants disclose the public records for the sake of transparency and accountability? ??... OF COURSE NOT... look at the generic responses they cited as the reasoning why... this is a game to them. PATA has appealed the decision and will keep you posted....
