Game changer!! So excited about this! It’s my first time trying powdered peanut butter and it’s awesome! 50 calories for the powder vs 180 calories for the real stuff. My husband and I both agree the powder will be our new way of eating peanut butter.I mixed 2 TB powder (50 cal) with 1 TB water until smooth then added 4 TB reduced fat cool whip (40 total cal) and it made the perfect peanut butter whip that totally satisfied our sweet tooth for 90 calories! Amazing!We are totally loving this new way of eating

Hello!! Long time no see. 🫢

We promise we'll be back soon with new podcasts and posts. A few things have been going on that have sidelined us.

Tammy has been remodeling her home and it's looking AWESOME! She has been spending most of the summer/fall in multiple bowling tournaments as well as bowling league 2 nights per week.

Brenda had to stop bowling for the season due to an Achilles heel injury and is scheduled for surgery on December 15th to remove the heel spur and repair her Achilles. She will be in a cast for 6 weeks and in a walking boot for another 4 weeks after that.

We are planning our annual family Thanksgiving at Brenda's house again this year and Christmas at Tammy and mom's.
