लक्ष्मी साधु जामताड़ा के नारायणपुर प्रखंड की रहने वाली है। बहुत ही साधारण से परिवार से आने वाली लक्ष्मी 2019 में उमा आजीविका सखी मंडल से जुड़ी। आय का साधन के आभाव में उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति अच्छी नहीं थी। समूह से ऋण लेकर उन्होंने एक ई-रिक्शा ख़रीदा, जिससे वो प्रतिदिन 500 से 700 रुपए कमाने लगी। लक्ष्मी ने अपने और अपने परिवार को आत्मनिर्भर बनाते हुए अपने गाँव में एक मिशाल कायम की है। इसे देखकर आस-पास के गाँव की महिलाओं का भी मनोबल काफ़ी बढ़ा है।
