Today Christian went to Blimish at the end of the day to share his feelings after intentionally beginning the day in a productive mood.

After receiving confirmation of the positive impact of his actions, he then asked Blimish how to end his night on a good note.

- Avoid screens for at least one hour before sleeping
- Engage in relaxing activities like reading or meditation
