Good News Jobseeker! Book Right Solutions is URGENTLY hiring for a Human Resource Generalist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, company policy, and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the full cycle of recruitment efforts.
2. Develop and oversee new hire orientation, and onboarding efforts.
3. Assist with day-to-day tasks.
4. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities.
5. Planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
7. Facilitating effective communication between management and employees

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
2. 1 to 2 year/s of experience working in Human Resources
3. Experience in admin is also an advantage.

General Qualification:

• Prior experience in editing or writing for print media, in campus journalism, or in teaching secondary- or tertiary-level English/Literature subjects (preferred but not required)
•High-level computer skills (especially Word for Windows, Excel, and Internet research)
•A strong background in English grammar and English literature

WHAT TO EXPECT:
