Super Spongy Red Velvet with Cream cheese frosting😋
Ingredients:
Buttermilk (1/2 cup milk at room temperature, 1/2tsp vinegar, 1tsp yogurt) and keep it aside.
All purpose flour/Maida: 1cup + 3tbsp
Cocoa powder: 1tsp
Powdered Sugar: 1cup
Eggs:2
Vanilla: 1tsp
Butter: 50 g
Baking soda:1/2 tsp
Salt: 2pinch
Vegetable oil: 1/4 cup
Cream cheese: 150 gm
Whipping cream: 1cup
Red food color

Hi my friends... Danz Kitchen this time presents a yummy easy banana chocolate cake which is eggless.
This can be done both in oven and without oven. Let’s go to the description now.
First of all blend 1 1/2 bananas, 1/2 a cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of oil in a mixer/blender. Blend it in to a smooth consistency without lumps. Now to this mix ture, add 3/4 cup of all purpose flour or Maida, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 a tsp of baking soda. All the above ingredients should be seived and put in the mixture as shown in the video.
Mix it and fold it. Now add 1/2 cup of milk to it little by little and fold it well. To it add 1 tsp of white vinegar and mix well. Now add to it the Chico chips. You can add either white or dark choco chips as per your preference.
Pour the batter to a cake tin, and keep it in a 160-180 degree preheated oven for about 20 mins.
Without oven: pour the mixture to a cake tin and keep it in a 5-7 mins preheated pan in a stove and bake it for about 30 mins.
Cream cheese frosting: 300 g cheese whipped until soft and to it add powdered sugar little by little and some vanilla essence only if you need. In a separate bowl whip about 250 mls whipping cream with powdered sugar which should be added little at a time and whip it until you get stiff peaks.
Mix both cheese mixture and whipping one together and your frosting is ready.

Easy Paneer Butter Masala Recipe
Description:
Marinate paneer with salt, chilly powder and turmeric powder. Shallow fry it (to maintain the texture and to seal in contents) and keep it aside.
Take a pan, put some butter, let it melt and then add to it the diced onion, garlic and ginger. Sauté it well and add to it tomatoes and some cashews (for flavour n thick gravy). Sauté it well until the tomatoes are well cooked. Switch the flame off and let it cool. And blend it in to a smooth paste.
To a pan add some butter again and add the grinded paste to it. Add some garam masala and let it boil and then add paneer and cook it for 5 mins.
Now switch the flame off and then pour some cream in.
Garnish with Corriander leaves.
Thick and creamy paneer butter masala is ready😋.

Danz Kitchen today presents an easy gobi manjurian for beginners. Less complicated yet tasty recipe.
Description:
Wash, cut and clean cauliflower and then soak it in turmeric water for atleast 1 hour to remove any organisms or impurities.
To make the marinade: make a paste of chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper, salt, cornflour, ketchup and soy sauce(dark). Make sure the batter is not too watery.
Marinate the cauliflower and then keep refrigerated for atleast 2 hrs. Then deep fry it and keep it aside.
To the same oil add chopped garlic and ginger and sauté it until the raw smell goes. To it add green chillies, diced onion and capsicum and bring it to medium translucent stage. Add salt as needed. To it add light soy sauce and tomato ketchup and sauté in high flame and add the spring onion whites and corriander leaves. Switch the flame off. And garnish with spring onion greens. And serve.
