Theresa Caroline Fillingim

The Weeki Wachee, Jane Doe was finally identified recently as Theresa Caroline Fillingim.

Serial killer Billy Mansfield Jr killed at least 6 women, burying five of them on his property. Along with his brother and father, they abused the women and when done, Billy would take their lives. Two of the women remained unidentified, and we now know Theresa Caroline Fillingim was one.
Theresa was only 16, she would have been 17 in a week if she’d lived to see her birthday, that year in 1980. She had left the house for a job interview and then never returned.

Mansfield is still in prison but he’s come up for parole multiple times and will again in a few years.
The Hernando Jane Doe, 1981 is the one remaining unnamed known victim of Mansfield.

Pamela Darlene Young

The Gregg County Jane Doe has been identified as Pamela Darlene Young who was a petite 27-year-old young woman who grew up near Blue Ridge Mountains. She eventually chose to relate to Texas and then much to her family’s sadness she stopped communicating.

She was last known to be seen in 1998 and it would take 20 years as a Jane Doe before she would be identified.. Archeologists were out in an open field in Gregg County, Texas on May 21, 2002, collecting soil samples, when they discovered her skull and a partial skeleton.

No cause of death was given and it’s important someone come forward if they know anything about what might have happened to her. Call the Gregg County Sheriff at 903-236-8400.

Baltimore Jane Doe (1987)
This is yet another case of someone dumping off a Baltimore Jane Doe. This time she was found in an alley in Baltimore in 1987. She was likely 24 to 30. That woUld mean that she was likely born in 1957 to 1963. She weighed around 110 to 140 lbs, and was around 5’3” tall. Taylor Williams was killed brutally, and his killer should have been charged. Instead, the man who killed her, the married boyfriend of Taylor's ex-girlfriend (who collected his life insurance after his death) faced zero charges, despite being the only one with a weapon and stabbing Taylor 12 times IN THE BACK. There is zero justification for this, IMO. However, the ex-girlfriend who profited from his death, Ashley Eason, was the daughter of a local police lieutenant. The married boyfriend, Troy Grundorf, also stabbed Taylor's friend 11 times. That man was in his vehicle and not part of the altercation until he tried to save Taylor. Complete injustice.
