Palak Paneer 🀀😍

Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) - 250 grams
Palak (Spinach) - 280 grams
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Bay Leaf - 1
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Onion - 1
Salt - to taste
Green chillies - 2 or 3
Tomato - 1 (blended into pure)
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp (use kashmiri chilly powder if you don't want to much spice)
Corriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Heavy Cream - 1/4 cup
Garam masala - 1 tsp ( at the end)

*I drizzled just a bit of Cream over my palak paneer just before serving as well*

Beef Broth - 1 cup
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp

Ketchup - 2 tsp

Spinach and Cheese Puffs 🀀😍

Ingredients:
Spinach - 200 grams
Feta cheese - 100 grams
Ricotta cheese - 1/4 cup
Garlic - 2 or 3
Dill - 2 tbsp
Salt & Pepper - to taste
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Puff pasty
1 egg
Sesame seeds

* I baked these for 30 minutes at 180Β°, however each oven may be different so keep an eye out for the crust to become golden brown *

Ingredients:
Thai Red Chillies - 3 or 4 ( adjust to your spice preference
Garlic Cloves - 6
Pork Mince - 500 grams
Thai Basil - 1 cup

Sauce Mix
Oyster Sauce - 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Fish Sauce - 1 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp

Usually served with:
Rice and a Fried Egg

Ingredients:
Strawberries
White bread
Heavy cream - 200ml
Sugar - 2 tbsp

Make sure to refrigerate for atleast an hour *I took it out slightly earlier because I was too excited and didn't have the patience 😝 but that was not a good idea, it wouldve set alot more and looked less smudgy if I had waited hehe ops πŸ™Š

Air Fryer Carrot Fries! Super Healthy & Delicious 😍🀀πŸ₯•

Ingredients
Carrots - 2 or 3 (make sure to not cut them too thin)
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Smoked Paprika - 1 tsp
Garlic Powder- 1 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp (or to taste)
Salt - 1/2 tsp (or to taste) *I forgot to mention salt in the voiceover but I did add it hehe πŸ˜…*

Garnish
Salt & Pepper
Corriander
Parmessan Cheese

*I cooked these in my air fryer for about 30 minutes at 160Β°, however every air fryer is different and so cook time will differ, I suggest checking it every 10 minutes and giving it a toss and then taking it out whenever it's cooked to your liking πŸ₯° *

Pork and Chives Dumplings 🀀πŸ₯ŸπŸ˜

Ingredients:
Pork Mince - 500 grams
Chives - 1/2 cup of Chives
Salt - to taste
Egg - 1
Garlic - 4 cloves
Soy Sauce - 1tbsp
Chicken stock - 4 tbsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Sesame oil - 1tsp
Dumplings wrappers

To serve:
Dumpling sauce of your choice
Spring onions

Ingredients:
Yoghurt - 1 cup
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt and Pepper to your taste
Dill - about 1 tsp or to your taste
Poached Eggs - 2

Ingredients (please keep in mind there are no particular measurements for this recipe, just use as much as you need).
- Leftover Risotto
- Cheese cube
- Flour
- Eggs
- Panko breadcrumbs (try using panko, it's alot more crunchier than regular breadcrumbs)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil to fry

Bacon and Mushroom Risotto 🀀😍

Arborio Rice - 1 cup
Stock - 4 cups
Bay Leaf - 1
Butter - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 3 cloves
Onion - 1 small
Bacon - to your taste - I used about 4 strips
Mushroom - About 300 grams
Oregano - 2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Parmesan cheese
Parsley

Hollandaise Sauce in under 5 minutes 🀀😍

Ingredients:
Egg yolk - 3
Lemon juice - 1.5 tsp
Cayenne Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Dijon Mustard - 1 tsp
Butter - 185 grams or 3/4 cup
Salt - to taste

It's best to be served straight away while it's warm, otherwise it will thicken when it cools. But you can just warm it up again by putting your glass container in warm water and loosening it up.

Plain Flour - 1/4 cup
Beef Broth - 1.5 cups
Heavy cream or Milk - 1/2 cup
Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
Oregano - about 1 tsp
Salt & Pepper

Spaghetti Meatballs with Rissoles 🍝🀀

Ingredients
Rissoles - 1 pack
Pasta - 3/4 of a 500gram packet
Garlic - 4 to 5 cloves
Onion - 1 Large
Ardoma Chilli Canned Tomato - 410 gram x2
Cumin - 1.5 tsp
Beef Stock - 1 Cup
Bay Leaves - 2
Oregano - about 1 tsp (I just sprinkled it across until my heart was content)
Salt
Pepper
Parmessan Cheese - As much or little as you want.

Garnish
- Parmessan Cheese and Basil Leaves.
