All winter I try to get outdoors as much as I can to get some much needed vitamin D from the sun but since those sunny days are a lot less frequent here in Utah, I’ve been adding this vitamin D3+K2 into my daily routine to give myself that little extra boost. ☀️

I love to choose Zhou since they use only lab-verified ingredients so I know what I’m putting into my body is high quality. 💗

Winter at the Great Salt Lake is pretty magical. ✨

The other day I headed to one of my favorite day trip destinations from Salt Lake City, Antelope Island State Park and of course I had to dress head to toe in my current favorites from 🌲

This park is one of my favorite winter destinations in the Salt Lake Valley as it offers tons of hiking opportunities, as well as scenic views like these ones with no hiking required!

Here’s 2 of my fave things to do here in the winter:
✨Hike the 1 mile round trip trail to Buffalo Point. (Be sure to stop at the deck overlook at the trailhead which is where most of these photos were taken!)
✨Drive the parks scenic roads to spot wildlife (I often see Bison, Pronghorn, and Coyotes here!)

I’ve been missing Oregon a lot lately so I started to go through all my old photos from when I lived there and it made me so nostalgic. 🥹

Truly wish I could live in 2 places at once since I equally love Utah and Oregon and they both offer so much of what I love the most in life. I guess a trip out there is in store this year. 🌲
