STATEMENT ON 10 ANNIVERSARY INDEPENDENT OF SOUTH SUDAN.

With profound honor,on behalf of the people and Goverment of Unity State,I would like to sincerely congratulates on this 10 Anniversary,the people of South Sudan,and more specially the Prince of peace H.E President Salva Kiir Mayardit,Vices President and the entire Goverment of R-TGONU for heeding the implementation of Revitalize Peace Agreement.Equally to the he**in and he**ines who sacrifice their lives for the cause of our liberation struggle.

Furthermore,I called upon the people of Unity State to reconciles and forge the new beginning of peace, reconciliation and forgiveness.The Government of Unity State, National Government and oil companies are working in collaboration to rehabilitates and construct the major roads connecting all the counties. On the issues of insecurity, cattle raiding and inter-communal conflict,the state government has formed unified Join Security Force composed of SSPDF, SPLM IO and SSPS to deal with criminals and cattle raiders. Moreover,the State government is working in collegial with Paramount Chiefs and sub-Chiefs to carry-out general disarmament process across the State.

DEAR PRESIDENT
With due respect and honesty I hope my Message will finds you in a holiday as it's today Saturday the 9th of January 2021 following the peaceful ever of Christmas and new year celebration that we were just celebrate its same days back or one week ago.it was extremely enjoyable to a very citizens in the countr as the year of peace, forgiveness and togetherness. As you are my president whom I and other colleagues voted for in 2010 general elections democratically making it to leads with 98% votes and subsequently as President of our today's Republic of south Sudan with no doubt.

I do acknowledge your tireless efforts and the hope towards our peacefulness,stability and coexistences to your citizens which we expected to encourage the Compromise Peace Agreement that you signed with differents opposition parties as revitalize peace agreement of today marks as the enjoying lasting peace, may I wish all of you happy new year with grace and blessings in your leadership.

As a concern citizen who chooses a leader with leadship qualities in conformity with peace and security which are the public goods and demands, I would like to single out my voice that may amalgamate to the other voices to your high esteem office for appointing a professional DR and SPLM cardre is non other than GEN DR JOSEPH NGUEN MANYTIUL the able governor unity state_Bentiu. He has impressed to proved has a real south Sudanese not at the contexts of tribal bases, he actually working for the interest of stabilised and reform country and invested in human resource supporting students in their academic journey for those who not affords it as future of tomorrow . I urge DR JOSEPH MANYTIUL to continue with such spirit to help more those who progressing but they have no were to surviving.

YOUR EXCELLENCY
In our country all of us are supposed to have two things that can and adhere within our feelings as south Sudanese but few of our leaders those loyalist who are always consistently and supportive of no bloodshed to every human being and they are for peace, those of GEN.DR JOSEPH NGUEN MANYTIUL he is the good reformist, Nationalistic, patriotic and peaceful leaders, a leader that can stand frim positively with realization that's according to my own analysis i compared with other PhD holders those who can perfectly delivered their professionals in the country.
In Logic manner Dr Joseph is a open minded and competence compared to those pretenders who were generated the senseless war in 2013 and always has hand in the intercommual clashes in the regions, no matter it still has time to be resolved or handle by the authority concern, if we preserved of being nationalistic in a person with dignity always proud and achieved something great for the sack of his /her country, being a patriotic person is a person to sacrified or who can died for it like what a our liberators did for sack and later on achievement as they have lose their lifes because of our freedom and independent nation.

In my conclusion allow me to GEN DR JOSEPH NGUEN MANYTIUL the governor of unity state (Bentiu) for being always patriotic and trusted by. H.E the president to governance the people of unity state with favourite of peace,reconciliation and togetherness as slagon and betterment of citizens interest in the state. MR. PRESIDENT as you know that GEN DR JOSEPH had been your comrade since the inception of the SPLM/A in its early 90s with concepts or perceptions of supporting contributions and obeying the principles towards reform in the country. in general speaking am here by appeals to H.E the president as legitimate leader to considered to appointed Dr JOSEPH NGUEN MANYTIUL have him encouraging thoughts, he is more qualified in the position of first or vice president if we are to maintain the unity of south Sudanese and more other in the government, the other reasons are ,first he is kind of person that respect his dignity can't participate in corruption , he may work for economic reforms or development , he is a man who can respected or always stands behind state sovereignty, A man of humanity he can fight for peaceful south Sudanese at large not particularly unity state alone. He is a man with sympathy of social development and lawful minded person, A man who always practicing his professionals or career, a man that has nothing to do with discrimination in societies, a man who can't deceives his people for the sack of his gains, a man that can't benefit from the blood of his people.

What can we do as Youth to serve our our countries?

> Volunteer

Volunteering can indeed be a great experience.
Numerous NGOs are coming up with different volunteering projects with aim of helping communities. The ideal way to start volunteering for serving the country is to start in your local community and see where your help is required. Whether it's teaching children at a local school or taking up any conservation work, volunteering can help make real difference.

> Reach others through social media

Reaching out to million at the same time has been made possible with the rise in different social media platforms. Thus even a small hashtag can go viral on Twitter and create awareness among the masses another wonderful option to increase your outreach is by expressing your thoughts online publications and writing for news portals such as local newsletter.

> Participate in online campaigns

If there's an ongoing issue close to your heart, then you must be a part of online campaigns. Find an online campaign that corresponds to the issue you are willing to work for and avail the cause. There are always some global campaigns happening such as banning plastic bags. You can implement the same campaign locally.

> Join a Youth organization

Whether it is about keeping your city clean or joining any NGO make a difference, being an active member of a Youth organization can help you expand your horizon and knowledge. Not only can you help people but also inspire others to follow your lead. If you think your society does not have an organization that represents your harm in being a trendsetter.

> Inspiring young people.

One of the most brilliant ways to make difference is to encourage others to join a youth organization. Inspire and teach young people to take responsibilities and volunteer for a social cause. Various organizations and charities recruit youngsters and motivate them to get involved to take up a role as an ambassador. Similarly, you can ask organization to raise awareness for a social cause. Assign them the role of change agent or ambassadors and help them transform their ideas into reality.

With Youth organization and participation, we can bring some significant social change in the country that are mostly overlooked. Therefore, do not wait and become active member of an organization or launch a campaign that supports a social cause. As the youth, your opinion matters and make sure it is heard.
