She remembered who she was and the game changed reminds me the character of Sri Devi, Shashi, from the movie English Vinglish. She was always disrespected, mocked and looked down upon for her poor English-speaking skills by her own family members. Her talent of cooking was also overlooked. After years of ill treatment for not being able to talk properly in English she finally got determined to learn the language when she goes abroad to attend a wedding and gives an amazing speech in English during the wedding that keeps everyone awestruck and in guilt.
It was only when she realized her potential and showed that determination, she succeeded in bringing about a change. People who looked down upon her now started respecting her. Similarly, we all have a hidden potential and power to create an impact.
