Avoid the South Bound 5 Freeway at Tustin Ranch Road for a rollover traffic accident. 1 patient was trapped and had to be cut out of the vehicle. Condition of the patient is unknown, CHP issued a Sigalert and will have the Tustin Ranch off-ramp closed for at least 40min.

Reminder: exercise caution while driving in rainy weather. A vehicle was involved in a collision with a light pole and street signs, resulting in the loss of a front tire, before coming to rest in the median. Fortunately, the sole occupant, the driver, escaped uninjured. Excessive speed was definitely a contributing factor to the accident, which occurred on rain-slick roads in the area of Trabuco Road and Marguerite in Mission Viejo. Deputies from are investigating the incident and clearing debris from the roadway.

For Mission Viejo residents, has sandbags available at multiple parks and the Civic Center. I have also added the list of Fire Stations will have sandbags at throughout the county

A driver has been taken into custody following a vehicular collision involving a parked vehicle and a building in Laguna Niguel at POPEYES off Camino Capistrano. After undergoing multiple breathalyzer tests, the operator of the black SUV was subsequently placed in handcuffs. The circumstances surrounding the accident are unclear, but it appears that either alcohol or drugs may have been a contributing factor. No injuries to report, gas company and building officials have been requested for minor damage. POPEYES will be closed for the remainder of the evening.

Multi vehicle crash at the intersection of Avery and North Bound 5 exit. 1 vehicle landed on its side trapping 1 patient. had to extricate the patient. 1 person transported with unknown injuries is currently investigating the cause.

Effective Wednesday, December 24 at 8 am, an Evacuation Order (Mandatory) is issued for Trabuco Creek, Hot Springs Canyon and Bell Canyon due to possible debris flows along or near the Airport Fire burn scar.
