Oh hey! It’s been a while…

It’s been difficult to find the time to work on this project recently, but I’m excited to announce that I’m opening submissions for the Fall issue of First Listen.

Moving into a new schedule of releases (quarterly/seasonal) will allow me more time to gather content, design the issue and get it out on time!! ((Hopefully on time))

DM or email [email protected] to submit. I accept nearly everything, your music, someone else’s music, playlists, art, design, poetry/writing, journalistic style articles - anything and everything!

Submission window is from now until October 28th :)

ISSUE 9 OUT FRIDAY!

So excited to announce that Issue 9 will be out online on Friday March 3rd with print copies to follow! I’m moving to a bi-monthly format this year so you’ll be getting two months worth of new tunes in each issue, as well as feature articles and reviews. Issue 9 includes Alex’s review of The Water Runs Backwards by 🤘🏻

I’m accepting submissions of creative pieces (art, music, writing, etc) as well as new writers and monthly contributors. If you’re interested let me know :)
