I checked off Number 2 on the New Nips Challenge 2024 by participating in “Energy Release & Hammam Self Rituals”. Hammam is an ancient Turkish traditional method of bathing, using special techniques in the warmth of the Hammam Room to cleanse and exfoliate impurities from the body. I had heard of Hammam, but had never tried it before. We started with an all over scrub, followed by a body and face mud mask. Then finally, a light foam massage on the large heated marble platform.
