This weather is definitely making me miss those sunny summer days! 🌞😎
On a serious note, as the weather is changing and the days get shorter, this is the time of year when catering to your mental health is so important. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) occurs during the fall and winter months when there is less sunlight, and it can drastically interfere with daily functioning.
Some things you can do to lessen the effects of SAD are spend more time with family and friends, engage in your passions, learn a new skill or craft, and especially pray.
The two things I look forward to during this dreary time are Thanksgiving 🦃 & Christmas 🎄!
