I do paranormal investigations.
Sometimes people reach out to me for help. In these cases, I interview them, I research- immensely, and if they provide videos or photos I analyze. I also meditate, focusing on the home; what I experience is difficult to explain.
I just had a case where the client was VERY insistent that she had all sorts of activity- affecting the children, yet I could find nothing in the videos she provided. I contacted another paranormal team hoping to provide this client with some help. They also found nothing.
I explained to the client that although I had spent numerous hours reviewing the "evidence", there was nothing there.
This person was very unhappy that I didn't "believe" them, and threw a tantrum.
Yet, that's part of the job- debunking things that are easily explained. Looking for simple or scientific answers before anything else.
Sometimes, people want their home to be haunted. They want the attention. In this particular case they said the children were being affected, which as a mother really concerned me. I did everything I could to look for answers and the answers I found were not the ones they wanted. Oh well.
I did my job, and I was honest about the situation. Sometimes, people don't want to hear the truth.
