We are happy to announce that we have found 2 Volunteers to host our Free Cat Neuter Service! We will be opening 20 slots each for Antipolo and Las Pinas.
HOW TO REGISTER:

- Submit the form with complete details (Photo of I.D. with proof of address and Digital Signature will be collected)
- Only ONE form submission PER cat
- Submissions not following the rules will automatically be deleted
- Once form is submitted, details for the reservation fee (Php100) will be displayed to be paid via Gcash
- Email your proof of payment to [email protected] with your confirmation number as the subject
- Once payment is received and slot confirmed, venue details and final reminders will be sent via email
REQUIREMENTS:
- Online registration is required, strictly no walk-ins
- Only for male cats, 6 months up, visibly healthy
- Travel carrier or cage is required, bags/boxes will not be allowed
REMINDERS:
- All participating cats will be dropped off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon once awake from surgery
- Only the Vet and Host Volunteers will be allowed to enter the Venue
- Ear notching and long acting antibiotic will be included
