Let’s be honest, do you wear sunscreen every day? If that’s a no then that’s okay, but you should know that not wearing sunscreen ages you faster than you know! Not only does it age you quicker, but it also drags down your skin and gives you that ‘I need to get a lift look’ and you shouldn’t need to do that.
Aside from the fact that the sun can cause cancer, 80% of visible skin ageing is because of sun damage. But sunscreen can help with things like preventing sunburn, limits the appearance of blotchy skin, and keeps certain skin conditions from flaring. So that we protect our skin from the sun we need to apply enough of a broad-spectrum sunscreen in at least SPF30+ (but ideally SPF50+) every day. & remember lovelies, consistency and reapplication works best to get the most out of your sunscreen!! ⛱🕶
