Welcome to the True to the Story Podcast page.

As some of you may know, over the last few months I have been interviewing and talking to Afghan Interpreters who worked with the Canadian Armed Forces, the soldiers themselves, politicians, and activists for this podcast. With the Taliban taking control of Afghanistan, many of these interpreters fear for their lives and are making the difficult journey to try and find solace in Canada. This first series is about these interpreters, their critical role working with the Canadian Armed Forces, and a seemingly never-ending war.

I have posted a rough cut of the trailer (not yet mastered, that version is coming soon) to my Patreon page. For $3 a month you'll get early access and regular updates on when new content is coming, and you'll be helping to support the Afghan-Canadian Interpreters as I will be donating 25% of all Patreon funds to the cause until Nov. 30. If you'd like to support the podcast and the interpreters, you can subscribe to the Patreon at the link below.
