Cristine F. Famudulan give her opinion on posible bringing back the face to face classes.

"I prefer Face to Face because online learning requires a lot of self-discipline it also takes time to study by yourself."

Deped says ready for Face to Face classes, just waiting for Presidente Duterte to agree. Pilot run to face to face classes to push through in at least 90 schools in the Philippines.

Face to Face classes is possible to bring back because Philippines reached Alert Level 2. The Philippines Government will now require teaching and non teaching personelwho will participate in the pilot run of limited face to face classes to be fully vaccinated against COVID 19.

Team USA win Australia Bronze 2020 men's Olympic Basketball tournament.

Australia bounced back from their Semi-Final loss to the USA but taking racing away from highflying Slovenia 107-93 in the Bronze Medal Game to complete the podium. Led by point guard Patty Mills’ heady play and 42 point outburst, the bronze marks the Boomers first win with an Olympic medal on the line.

Highlighting international interest in basketball and stiffening global competition, France came into the final with a two-game winning streak over the United States – having eliminated the USA in the Quarter-Finals from the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 and besting them in their opening Group Phase match-up here at the Saitama Super Arena. The Tokyo tournament also saw the Olympic basketball debut for the Czech Republic and Slovenia.

“The Life Of A Genius”

Einstein was born in Ulm in Southwestern Germany , March 14 1879.They moved to Munich a few Weeks after.As a youngster, he walked to school every morning, but, also owing to his poor sense of direction, he attended eight different schools.When he was 5 years old, he fell ill one day,and his father gave him a compass to cheer him up,Einstein was amazed that the needle all ways pointed to the magnetic north no matter which way he turned it.

In his autobiographical notes he recalled “I can still remember - atleast i believe i can remember that this experience made a deep and lasting impression upon me.Something deeply hidden had to be behind things.

As a child, he showed an interest in physics and read many books on the subject. He even called his father’s sister Anti-Matter. One of Einstein’s heroes was Sir Isaac Newton, who discovered gravity when an apple fell on his head as he lay in his garden. Einstein, attempting to emulate Newton, lay on the grass in his own garden for ten hours, but nothing happened. He thought that he had disproved Newton’s theory, until his mother told him there were no apple trees in their garden. Einstein continued to honor his hero by eating his special fig cookies every day, as an after-school snack.

Unlike many geniuses, Einstein wasnt a child prodigy,he didnt speak full sentences until he was five, according to his biographers.His parents were understandably worried.

At university, Einstein took a course in philosophy. He studied one of Zeno’s paradoxes, and, being a budding scientist, he went home and experimented with the theory by walking halfway to the wall over and over. He never reached the wall, as Zeno predicted, but he did break his nose in three places.

Einstein married Mileva Maric, the only woman in his class.Thay had a daughter named Lieserl.Lieserl was born in 1902, a year before her parents married.Einstein work in Switzerland
And Maric would later join Einstein.
It's unclear what happened to their daughter, some believe that he died from infancy probably because of scarlet fever some believe that he was given for adoption.Maric and Einstein had two sons after there married.

1905 was Einstein's year of miracle,he wrote four papers in a German scientific journal that change the way we see the universe.The first was his theory of light physicists at the time believed that light was a wave,but it didnt make sence that light could make an electric current.Hes second paper made the case of an existance of atoms he observed what seems like the random movement of particles in water and reasoned that its's not so random if the water is actualy made up of invisible atoms that cause the particle to jiggle, this is called the Brownian motion.His third third and most famous discovery is the special theory of relativity.

Einstein become famous overnight instantly recognizable.Even thoe his theory meant very little from an average person.

He bagan traveling abroad going to Asia,The Middle East and the U.S where he gaved lectures at columbia university and Princeton.In early 1933 he realized that he could never return to Germany.

He took up a faculty position at the institute, for advance study in Princeton New Jersey where he remained for the rest of his life.

Philippines reached Alert Level 2. So it's possible to bring back the Old Normal.Many people expected to reached 1 thousand covid cases this coming days. OCTA Research support to put Metro Manila to Level 2.

Philippines is in the Low Risk Classification connected to Covid 19 cases. Only 50% allowed capacity in outdoors area. Philippines continue to low the covid 19 cases and expected to Reach 1 thousand covid cases before the year end.

Hope in Despair

Ever since the start, the Department of Education (DepEd) were fully aware of the challenges that the students and educators are going to encounter in distance learning plans. But for everyone's safety, we have to face the troubles.

Most students have problems with technology.
The technical issue often happens in an online environment. The technical issues only add up to the online environment frustration. There are times when computers shut down or when your wifi gets laggy. Not all parents can also provide their children phones or wifi and data.

The most important thing to do is tell your teacher when you're having technical difficulties. They should understand your situation and give you some help to keep up.

Not every student can afford better technology or internet connection. Some students won't even enrol nowadays because of this problem. However, it doesn't give a reason for us to give up.

"Fake News"

Fake news is information that is incorrect or misleading and is presented as news. Fake news and rumors are becoming more ubiquitous thanks to the Internet, and as a result, the number of victims is rising. It is widely held belief and perception that information obtained over the Internet is unreliable, despite the fact that it is gaining more and more believers every day and at every moment. Fake news is one of the country's challenges that must be addressed in today's world. Improving people's understanding of how to use modern technology.

They use social media to spread false information about a situation or event. Incorrect information or fake news spreads faster through the help of modern technology and social media sites like Facebook and others.

They utilize it to destabilize someone's life or event in exchange for more followers or large sums of money. This has a significant impact on the person they are slandering. False news will be avoided if our government handles the problem. Increased government presence on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, among others, is recommended since it may assist in providing citizens with credible local content and information on pertinent governmental acts in real-time.

UNDOUBTEDLY, Hidilyn Diaz has been the most beautiful thing that ever happened to the country's sports. After 97 years of competing in the Olympics, the Philippines finally got its first gold medal with Hidilyn lifting a record 127 kilograms in the 55-kilogram class division of the weightlifting competition in the ongoing Tokyo Olympics.

Colleague Herman Tiu Laurel, writing in his column 'Pwersa ng Asya sa Mundo' in the Filipino tabloid Pwersa, bemoans the fact that, as he says, 'Some people want to politicize the Hidilyn Diaz Olympic gold victory and make it into an anti-Duterte and anti-China issue. They include Inquirer columnist Richard Heydarian, Sen. Ralph Recto and Samahang Weightlifting ng Pilipinas head Monico Puentebella who tried to conflate it with the West Philippine Sea issue.'

The reaction of the group proves to be ironic. They attempt to fit the athlete's feat in the scheme of the China-Philippines dispute over the South China Sea, not realizing that Hidilyn's victory largely hinged on a Chinese factor. Herman's exposition in this regard deserves wide dissemination. Writes Laurel:
'Hidilyn's main coach was famous Chinese Bayi (name of team) weightlifting trainer Gao Kaiwen.

'Gao Kaiwen not only trained and imparted discipline to the point of what Hidilyn describes as painful, he also cooked the food of Hidilyn in the four years that he trained her to correct her previous diet that was heavy on carbohydrates (like many Filipinos addicted to rice, which is not good for building muscle and strength). Gao also built the training facility in Malaysia where they were 'exiled' during the training period partly because of the Covid-19 lockdowns.

'It is reported that Hidilyn herself chose Gao who has trained many gold medalist Chinese weightlifters, some tell me because she had observed Gao in previous events she joined. Others say it may be the Chinese-Filipino supporters of Hidilyn who recommended Gao. One major supporter had been Sen. B**g Go who got a P2-million sponsorship for Hidilyn even before her gold success (those Johnny-come-latelies who have by now donated tens of millions each don't really count).

'There is no question that Gao's training was a key element to Hidilyn's final triumph even over her traditional rival who had made the 55kg women's weightlifting class record of 128kg clean and jerk lift before. Gao also kept secret the strength that he had helped Hidilyn gain while training under him hence the main rival and four years younger Lian Qiuyun under-lifted her last, not expecting Hidilyn to try and succeed in the 127kg. That's Gao's professionalism.'
In other words. Hidilyn's rival for the gold was the younger Chinese weightlifter who had earlier lifted a heavier weight of 128kg, establishing a record. But confident that Hidilyn was not at par with her capacity, Lian Qiuyun settled on lifting her last at 126kg. When Hidilyn succeeded at 127kg, there was no more way the Chinese could catch up and therefore landed the silver.

What Laurel was insinuating was that had Gao succumbed to the lukso ng dugong Tsino (leap of Chinese blood) and passed on to his compatriots information on Hidilyn's full capacity, Lian could have lifted heavier than her 126kg, say, her record 128kg, and made things a lot more difficult for Hidilyn.

But then again, Gao has been the Chinese professional that he is. To what superb heights he had lifted Hidilyn's capacity as a weightlifter has been a most well-kept secret. In this respect, Hidilyn winning the gold was a matter of brilliant strategy.

In Sun Tzu's Art of War, it says: 'Know yourself, know the enemies, a thousand battles, a thousand victories


Laurel puts it thus: 'No one in the world will fail to notice the success of the Chinese team in many of the Olympics field and many international athletes are also getting Chinese trainers. This is because Chinese athletics possess theories and practices that are different and, in many ways, more effective than Western athletics. I picked up something from the paper, 'Analysis of differences between Chinese and Western sport philosophy,' which says:

''The origins of thought of Chinese and Western sports cultures decide the differences between Chinese and Western sports. The harmony of China and competition of the West can be both embodied in sports. This thesis will analyze the differences between Chinese and Western sports philosophy.' Chinese traditional herbs are also used by Chinese athletic trainers and their wards which have increased the advantage of Chinese athletes.

'We don't have more details about the training and dietary prescriptions trainer Gao applied on Hidilyn's training program which produced the triumph, what is known is Hidilyn herself has exercised as much brain as she did her brawns to succeed. Like Duterte she used the best available knowledge and capabilities she could find which she got in the Chinese trainer Gao Kaiwen, and it paid off. There certainly was not an issue.
