AkANNI THE PROUD SINGER
CHAPTER ONE
Many years ago in the village of ogere,
A Story was told About a man know as AkANNI. it was a period when people still engaged in slave trade and inter-tribal and inter communal war.
Ogere was a village in the south west part of Nigeria. It was a village in the religious between ogun state and oyo state of today. At that time, there was nothing like country or state. People lived in villages and communies.Every village had it own language.People or worries.it was very common for people of one Community to engaged in war with another community. Most times when two communies come against each other in a duel, The superior community capture and use them as slaves. Sometimes they sell the captures to wealthy people in there communies who in turn used them as slaves. AkANNI was the only child of his parents. His Father's name was Akanbi why his mother name was Ashake Wait for the another story on 19 April 2023
