Happy Friday, flock!
Today is the first day of Christmas break for me & my boys! 🎄They don't go back to school until the 3rd of January! So streams will be few & far between the next couple weeks!
Also, please send alllllll the positive vibes because I'm also trying to tackle potty training with our youngest fella 😳 Merry Christmas to me! 🤣

Hey, hey Flock fam.
I've been reflecting for a while about what is best for my boys, my mental & physical health, our future family & the stream. I've made the decision to take a step back & stop streaming indefinitely. I'm heartbroken, but so full of gratitude. You have changed my life. Forever.
This past year, we have laughed together, cried together, had dance parties & movie nights. We've grown together. People all over the world & made friends in an unlikely place. It's beautiful & I'm so blessed to have been a part of it.
We will still have Discord. The GrilledQuail page will still be up. I will stream random games here & there.
Supporters, please cancel your subscriptions. I cannot thank any of you enough for believing in & supporting this adventure.

Back in my own space BABY!

As you all know I've been streaming for the last little while from our guestroom. While it's cozy & the pugs have a king size bed of their own, I have missed having a dedicated streaming space like crazy.

My in-laws are coming into town last minute, so here we are! We moved the set-up into the unfinished studio & we're making it work with what we got! Now I can keep saving & we can finish her up in the next couple months!🤞

In this family, we celebrate the small victories & milestones & find joy in every moment. We love hard & if there is anything that my boys have taught me, it's that nothing shows love more than actions! Sometimes words just get in the way 💛

Hi, bbs. ♡
Hold on to your butts because this is a pretty big announcement.
Hayes, our 5-year-old son with autism, has been having some behavioral issues at home & school. Wesley, our 3-year-old son with autism, started at a pre-school that requires that I go with him. This is both an amazing & exhausting opportunity & by the end of the day, I'm emotionally & physically spent. My boys are struggling &, consequently, I'm struggling & my momma heart wants to fix this.
I've always tried to be open & honest when things get hard. Through Clint's surgery & complications, you lifted my family up. When I struggle with loving myself, you show me love & make me feel significant. Through all the ups & downs of the past year, you have brought be so much joy & purpose. I cannot properly express with words how much I love & value you, your support & all that you bring to our Flock family & community.
My mental health has really been struggling the last couple months. I've been trying so hard to do it all & I've tried to find a balance. Something that I could maintain long term, but everything that I've tried has sent my anxiety through the roof. Not having a schedule has made me feel like I'm not doing enough. Having a schedule & having to cancel streams has made me feel guilty & not worthy of your investment.
All of this to say, I will be slowing down for the next little while. Streams will happen, but sporadically & when my family & my mental health allows. I will still be holding supporter exclusive streams & events (movie nights & game nights in discord). If you decide to cancel your subscription, there will be absolutely no hard feelings.
I love you. My family loves you. I will see you soon 😘
