Hello third trimester🤰👶
Seriously how many babies are in there?! I'm not even 30 weeks yet and feel like I'm ready to 💥💣!!

Baby girl is now as big as a cottontail rabbit (between 2.5-3lbs), I can barely walk after 4pm, and the heartburn and back pain is .
But all these little love taps and kicks (up in my ribs) remind me of what a miracle she really is. ❤💕

My 𝓼𝔀𝓮𝓮𝓽 𝓰𝓲𝓻𝓵 Gracie gave me a pedicure two weeks ago....on the carpet. 🥰 No worries of spilling wet polish, when you use dry polish strips. It was glorious, especially since I can't bend over anymore.🙈 I love having these Mommy/Daughter moments....

We were able to split a pack of nail strips which amounts to about $6 each. We saved at least $60 by doing this at home vs. going to the salon.

The pic below is from last weekend after one week of wear, but now after two weeks they still look just as good and will most likely last a couple more weeks. We have some gorgoeus new limited edition colors available on my website 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙩...let me know if you want to take a 👀 peek!

Jonny and the kids spoiled me for Mothers Day with a weekend trip up north.
They know the key to my ❤ is experiences instead of gifts, memories over material things. 💞
We packed a ton of fun in a short amount of time with some fishing🎣, golf (twice)⛳, croquet🏑, lawn bowling🎳, playing in the sand🏖, sunset viewing🌅, swimming (indoor pool)🏊‍♀️, and some great meals at the Classic, The Iron Waffle, and brunch at Quarterdeck.

I am grateful to work from home, because there is just no way to make this 'belly band' cute 😅 - even with a pop of neon underneath.
But unfortunately unless I want to be bed-ridden the rest of this pregnancy, this lovely belt is 💯 necessary.
Maybe I should have the kids tie-dye it or be-dazzle it for me?! 🤔 What do you think???

⬇️This girl has been doing her own nails since she was 6....no dry time, no smudges, no risk of wet polish spilling and staining everything in sight.
Oh, and in the process she is also learning first-hand a simple business model and leadership/sales skills that will benefit her throughout her entire life. 💪👩‍💻

Comparison can be the thief of joy, but it can also be used as motivation.

The issue here is too many people compare their chapter 1 to someone else's chapter 15. Envy, jealousy, and discouragement take over the mind, and they end up quitting RIGHT before the point of breakthrough.

The key is to shift your mindset and let someone else's success DRIVE you rather than DEFEAT you.

I remember four years ago, when I was feeling stuck in my daily grind, and had made the decision to go ALL IN with my network marketing business. I was following (studying) the top leaders and other women who had found success in the industry. I would watch them and their success and think to myself "If they can make 6-7 figures, leave their 9-5, work their home businesses around their families schedule, give their kids a better life, WHY CAN'T I?!"

I LOVE seeing other women succeed, and I love cheering them on!

I am learning, COMPETITION never truly goes away. You can get those very same negative comparison feelings being a top leader. The truth is, there is always going to be someone doing better, hustling more, and making more money than you. Cheer for them, connect with them, learn from them, and it can change your life. ❤

With this pregnancy, I am learning to celebrate the 𝕤𝕞𝕒𝕝𝕝 𝕧𝕚𝕔𝕥𝕠𝕣𝕚𝕖𝕤.

So I'm gonna go ahead and shout myself out for a minute. Despite the nausea this morning (𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘰𝘯 𝘣𝘢𝘣𝘺, 𝘪 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 🙄) I completed my advanced prenatal workout on my Mirror, and I have to say - I'm feeling so much better.

This 40-something Mama is bound and determined to NOT be mistaken for this baby's Grandma in 5-10 years....💪❤

To hold myself accountable, I set up a small focus group with some of my team members today, and we are having the most fun sharing our follow up strategies, verbiage, and challenging each other to get into a regular rhythm of follow up with our clients and prospects.

The statistics are alarming. ⬇️

𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘦.𝘤𝘰𝘮:
- 48% of sales people NEVER follow up with a prospect
- 25% of sales people make a 2nd contact and stop
- 12% of sales people only make 3 contacts and stop
- Only 10% of sales people make more than 3 contacts

But check this out...
- 2% of sales are made on the 1st contact
- 3% of sales are made on the 2nd contact
- 5% of sales are made on the 3rd contact
- 10% of sales are made on the 4h contact

It's uncomfortable sometimes to put yourself out there, to be vulnerable, to risk being 'judged'.

Being a people-pleaser and someone who has always been very self-conscious, this has been a difficult thing for me to overcome and to be honest - its still very much a 'work-in-progress'. The truth is, you won't be 'liked' by all. I know I'm certainly not everyone's cup of tea.

But when you sell a product or are in any type of sales, you have to remember that people ultimately 'buy' from those that they know, like and trust. So you must ask yourself if you are sharing enough about yourself? Are you being vulnerable enough for your customer to relate to you?

It shouldn't be all about your product or service, all of the time. You must mix in some of your own flavor. Be brave - go LIVE, share that selfie, share that amazing Target or Amazon find, find a way to relate to your audience, etc. I have to remind myself of these very things. 😉

🅣🅗🅘🅢 🅡🅘🅖🅗🅣 🅗🅔🅡🅔 ⬇️

Today is a new day. I have to be honest. Lately I have had feelings of worthlessness. I feel like I am dropping the ball in every aspect of life. 🤦‍♀️ Ever feel like that?

Normally, I'm an (imperfect) perfectionist, an over-achiever by nature, running at a mile a minute, juggling a million balls in the air. But this pregnancy 🤰has completely humbled me and taught me that I need to take time to sloooooow down. I literally cringe when I hear the term 'geriatric pregnancy', but I'm feeling my age with this one for sure.

I have been nauseous both mornings and evenings almost every day, battled extreme exhaustion, and I have been so dizzy I have struggled to be on social to run my online business. 💻 I love cheering on 🙌 all the success of my amazing and inspirational peers around me, but at the same time, I feel I'm falling behind. My wonderful (and patient) husband has picked up all the slack around the house without complaint. 💗 But the guilt I feel overcomes me at times.

This weekend I hit 12 weeks (passed my 1st trimester), so I'm making the decision TODAY that regardless of how I feel I'm getting back on the horse. 💪 I'm praying for the RELIEF that the 2nd trimester 'usually' brings and 🙏for increased energy.

I have so much to be grateful for, I feel guilty even making this post but I would venture to guess that I'm not the only one who has had these feelings at one time or another. 💁‍♀️ And I would bet, I'm not the only one who needs to make the decision TODAY to get back to the activities that DRIVE you, and push you forward. It's OK to take a break, but it's also important to be intentional when it's time to get back to work. So today I'm getting up, getting dressed, and gonna try to find my groove again. Wish me luck. 🤞

We held off on scratching the ticket until the gender reveal so we could all find out the news together.👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 We had our amazing photographer friend, Rebecca and neighbor friend Kelli (who did a video for us) scratch the ticket and give us the corresponding cannons, which were a mystery until the blast off. 🚀

We are overjoyed to be adding another sweet girl to our family. 💞 Well, everyone except for Brody. He wanted a monkey. 🐒 So there wasn't going to be any winning with him. 🙈😅

"𝕡𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕔𝕖 𝕚𝕤 𝕒 𝕧𝕚𝕣𝕥𝕦𝕖" but this Mama does NOT like surprises, so I'm 𝘥𝘺𝘺𝘺𝘺𝘺𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 to scratch this baby. Picked it up at my doctor's office this afternoon and had to have Jonny hide it from me and the kids until our gender reveal this weekend.🙈😬

Gender reveals were not even 𝙖 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 10 years ago when I had my babies so we are excited to share this moment with our kids. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

I was one of those skeptics.

I once thought rising the corporate ladder was my only path to success. The only accepted/respected path. I played the role, but it didn't fit my personality and I became unhappy. I worked hard, did well, was promoted, but felt I had to put on an act each and every day and it was exhausting. I felt stuck and started resenting my career and I eventually got burnt out.

Then opportunity knocked and I took a chance. I had turned down so many other things in the past, but at this point, felt like I had nothing to lose.

I will never forget walking out the doors of my corporation, having a near panic attack. I thought I might be making the biggest mistake of my life.

But it has turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am no longer missing out on the moments that mean the most with my family. I get to work on my own time, from anywhere. I am now surrounded by an amazing community who gets me and understands the passion behind wanting more than the typical 9-5. My growing team and I have received personal development and an education that far exceeds my four year degree. I now hold a leadership role that I never thought I could be capable of.

Moral of my story, when opportunity knocks - don't overlook it. If you unhappy with where you currently are in life - it might be worth a closer look. Amazing opportunities don't come around often so if you are presented with one, take it as a sign that it's actually worth a look. As humans we are so quick to prejudge and be skeptical. But I can tell you that one opportunity could completely change the course of life. And it may just turn out to be one of the biggest blessings. ❤

Today we had the beautiful luxury of having one kid at a sleepover and another kid with Grandma and Grandpa (most of the day).

I was really sick this past week, and am finally feeling back to myself. So today, I was on a mission during this precious time to get stuff done.

I needed a new laptop and new eye glasses and wanted to shop for Christmas decor.

This guy was beyond patient with my indecisiveness with each above shopping category.

At dinner tonight, I laughed and praised him for his humor and patience through it all today.

His sweet response....."I don't think you realize how much I value just spending time with you."
Heart melted. So lucky.

I didn't sleep last night.

I received a private message from someone who asked me 'how can I delete you and your nail stuff'......whoa.

This is a tough message to receive - my first (possibly not my last). But the toughest part was this came from someone who I had considered a 'friend'. Not a close friend but certainly not anyone I would expect this from.

Please don't get me wrong - I don't expect all of my friends to support my business. But how could my livelihood be so offensive to someone that they send such a hurtful message?

Today God spoke to me through other people. Before sharing this - I was receiving uplifting messages about the IMPACT my efforts, and this business has made in the lives of my friends/family/colleagues.

The lesson I learned here is - I can see how easy it is for someone to be 'thrown off their game' by one negative comment. This interaction made me question EVERYTHING I am doing and I've been sick about it all day. As I stated in an earlier post I am a people pleaser, very critical of myself and this business stretches me in putting myself out there, so this was tough.

Please use this as a learning and know that if and when you get the haters.....remember the IMPACT or potential impact you can make in the lives of others. Don't let that one negative individual defeat you or make you question your direction. 🥰❤

Memories made in Montana. 🏞

It was so nice to unplug for a few days. We got to spend some much needed quality time as a family after a stressful move. We rented a house in the mountains🌲⛰ with our wonderful friends/former neighbors. We made a day trip to Yellowstone and explored Big Sky and Bozeman. Saw some some awesome wildlife 🦬🐎🦢and natural wonders.

Montana was magical... We were warned that we wouldn't want to leave and that was definitely true. We extended our stay and can't wait to go back. 🦬

For as long as I can remember, I've been a people pleaser.

Most of my life I have tried to make others happy, desperately wanting to FIT IN and be accepted, so I could feel 'normal'.

I thought that if I could ACHIEVE and do the work that was expected of me, that it would bring happiness to myself and those around me. But for me, my 9-5 daily grind lacked passion, it lacked impact and a deeper meaning.

It's taken me 40 years....but finally figured out - to make a breakthrough in my own life, I've had to:

🚫 Stop seeking permission.

🚫 Stop looking for approval and acceptance.

🟢 Start challenging the status quo

🟢 Start believing in myself and push past fear

🟢 Start believing that I have the power to impact others in a positive way

I'm taking part in a LIVE Network Marketing Super Summit over the next few days to expand my skills and hopefully expand my reach and impact on others. Jessica Higdon spoke to my ❤ this morning when she challenged us all to STOP SEEKING PERMISSION.

When you can get out of your own head and out of your own way, incredible things can happen. 💪

Life has its stumbles and missteps so we must celebrate the victories. 💯

This pendant holds so much meaning. Y'all, this introverted, self-doubter has hit the top rank in our company in under 3️⃣ years. 😱 It represents hard work, consistent effort, getting out of my own head, and pushing past fear. 🙈

There has been plenty of 'trial/error/tweak/do better' moments along the way but it still happened. This is an opportunity unlike anything I have ever been apart of and we are just getting started.📈 It has changed our life and I see it happening for my friends. I love cheering them on each and every day. 🤗🙌
