We had the pleasure of spending some time with Liam at Dead Centre Brewing and the team at Irish Craft Soda Company recently –what a place! 🍻🥤

From the fantastic range of beers to the refreshing craft sodas, everything here is top class.

Liam is a magician at what he does and it was such a treat getting a behind-the-scenes look at the process.

We’re already looking forward to coming back soon to try the food – and we’d highly recommend a visit if you haven’t been yet! 🙌
