WE'RE BACK, BABY!

Rogue Life has officially returned for season 2 with the premiere of our first two episodes: "Player One Start" and "Benny's Battle of the Bits". "Player One Start" focuses on the character of Janet in the real world as she attempts to get into Valhalla to rescue her friends. "Benny's Battle of the Bits" dives into Benny's subconscious for video game fueled vehicle combat and a deadly trivia battle.

Both episodes are available on your Podcast app of choice and YouTube (links in the comments).

These episodes feature Michelle Gardner as Janet, Anthony LeRoy Lovato as James, Brooks Bedore as Pumpkin Jack, Robert Neal as Darnell, Amanda Heywood Flanagan as Jen, Katelyn Johnson as Lauren, Truman Barnes as Mat, Melinda Yeaman as Agent DeMarco, Casey Wayman as Agent Spratt, and Rusty Bringhurst as our lab tech.

Alright, folks. Casting is now open on the first few episodes of Season 2 of Rogue Life. If you are interested in playing one of these roles please email [email protected] with your theater resume and two comedic monologues using different voices (I want to see range here).

Rogue Life is a comedic audio drama podcast, so this will be voice over work. These roles are unpaid and will be recorded in studio in Salt Lake City later on this month.

I would recommend that you listen to Season 1 of Rogue Life on your podcast app of choice before sending in an audition.

Characters:

Agent Demarco - Male or female. Age should be a little older. Recurring role with a small number of lines in multiple episodes. Agent for an unidentified government organization investigating the odd goings on with Wren Corp.

Agent Spratt - Male or female. Age should be mid 20s. Recurring role with a small number of lines in multiple episodes. Agent for an unidentified government organization investigating the odd goings on with Wren Corp.

Darnell - Male. 30s-40s. Company man who is the head of legal for Wren Corp. Recurring role. Preferable for a person of color to fill this role.

Jen - Female. 30s-40s. Quirky tech for Wren Corp with an obsession of rom-coms. Recurring role.

Mat - Male. Mid 20s. Easily distracted security guard for Wren Corp. Not a recurring role.
