Training your core is important, but also consider that the core fires on virtually every exercise, especially free weight exercise. You probably don't need an additional 20 sets/week. (And its not what makes you thinner!)

Few exercises are truly "useless", but getting punched in the abs doing core work is close. It doesn't carve a 6 pack and unless your learning to brace to take a punch leave it out

Poole's car missed a pit gun on the wall by 4 foot plus a helmet and another gun by 30ft. Also a crew member on the 00 wall by 40 ft (luckily paying attention) its time for a nothing/ nobody on pit wall rule

We can argue the 4 should have rolled thru pit rd after it was closed but aside from that Nascar can adjust the rule two ways that seem to make sense if they deem a change to be needed.
1. A car clearly committed to pitting but has not hit the commitment line when caution is waived can roll pit lane without stopping and maintain position at the moment of caution. Serving the car is still a penalty. Its a bit of a judgment call since there is not an advantage to getting into pit road there isn't a reason to manipulate it it most cases. A car not clearly committed (not in the slow down area and actively makeing a direction to pit road) should be a normal penalty even if they don't stop.
2. A car in the act of coming to pit lane can cross the commitment box after a caution comes out and maintain position without penalty.

Adjustments to the rule this way make sence in the world of "frozen at the moment of caution" that we live in today and considering drivers can use pit road to avoid a wreck i think this makes it more consistent over more circumstances.

Byron, with 4 wins, is still probably not on most peoples "champion" list but should be. He has been as fast as the 5 with more consistency. 24 is the banner holder at HMS at the moment

From a logistics standpoint China following Japan makes much better sense but China is still a " we will see." Also Qatar/ Abu Dhabi is an improvement from the current Japan/ Qatar/ Austin. I would still swap Imola and Canada to avoid coming to North America and going back twice in about a month,having a very grand tour of Europe over the summer. Definitely a step in the right direction.

Spa is one of my favorite tracks. But it needs a change. Formula cars have proven they are not safe enough to handle Eau Rouge/ Radillon. The recent changes are not enough in safety terms

Watch the Cindric/Dillon wreck. Cindric pulls off the 47 on the straightaway. He does NOT follow the tire tracks of the 24 in front. There was no excuse to turn left mid straightaway. Confused why there is no suspension.

Lajoie did not fail. He filled in with a team he had 0 chemistry with, on 6 days notice, little practice 3 Hms cars were not great to start, at a track very tough to get around. He didn't have much of a chance.

This is an awful take. Bubba and Briscoe finished top 5 and ran there much of the race. , Suarez led for the first stint and was top 10 all night, Jones was top 10 and Buescher looked for a while like he would be, too. Dillon out ran Busch all night.In fact many of your "stars:" Truex, Hamlin, Harvick, Keslowski and Busch all had rough nights, Lagano scraped a top 10 and your current leader in wins for 2023 Byron was not great. 6 of the top 10 had 1 win or less in 2022 while the rest of the field had as many 2 time winners.

Prior year and year to date winners, past champions are auto bids. I can get with past all star winners, open winner and fan vote. Last year was an anomaly with the volume of winners so i doubt years going forward will have this much so lets not overreact to that.

IDC what anyone says, I'm taking N Wilkesboro over Martinsville and Richmond. If you were expecting anything else you didn't know this track, but you can absolutely see these guys wheeling these cars

Dover was a rare race where the better cars seemed to be able to get to the front. Not as much getting stuck beind a much slower car, tires fell off some and lots of contenders came and went. Solid race.

New idea on Super speedway "stages." Dont throw caution, points paid by average running position at the s/f line for the laps in that stage. Make them want to get to the front more.
