An inspiration to many, this Youth Icon of 2022 awarded by Xiaomi India charms the city with her grace and leadership. Founder and president at Smitam Meghana Murthy believes this need for change to be long overdue, regardless of the many successful attempts to date.

Six years ago, Meghana began this journey of creating awareness and comfort around and undoing the of it, amongst other contributions. Her diligence not only built a team of over 3000 but has helped educate and impact over 1,00,000 children in and around

Aside from the of Smitam and the numerous awards/recognitions earned for her dedication towards Meghana is a trained and a with over 200 shows. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Social Work. Her aspiration to collaborate with is not too far now.

An absolute honor to have connected and interviewed with Mr Ramesh Venkateswaran for our . It was an energetic session and given his welcoming personality, it truly complimented our topic of discussion. Thank you again for your time and making this interaction a fun and memorable one.

Mr Venkateswaran holds multiple titles, like, author, Chairman, Board of Governors at IIT Palakkad, Member, Board of Governors The Lawrence School Lovedale, Founder and Chairman at Vishwas, to name a few. He was a Gold Medalist in the 80’s at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and won the Glaxo Marketing Scholar of the year award as well. Through his initiative of the Vishwas society, Bengaluru, over 18,000 individuals have received free assistance to realign their lives with a self-actualizing approach. This effort has led to improved lifestyles which continue to enable similar transformations, like a ripple effect.

His book, ‘The Happiness Trail’ is an amalgamation of over 30 years of timeless experiences. It focuses on the five Is -Integrity, Interact, Involve, Imbibe and Impact. A simple read and approach to achieving happiness and success, as
