Lauki Uttapam!! (Bottle gourd& veggies snack)Sharing this quick snack recipe which has lots of vegetables including not so favorite Lauki (Bottle gourd). So now your kids will not even come to know & they gonna love this snack. This recipe is perfect for morning breakfast, evening snack & best for kids tiffin boxes. Checkout the below recipe. Recipe:1. Take half lauki & grate it. 2. Take other vegetables like sliced onions, grated carrots and chopped spinach. Choose veggies as per availability. 3. Now in all veggies, add suji(semolina) - 1.5 cup4. Curd - 1 cup5. Green chillies and fresh coriander6. Spices - salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, haldi and chaat masala7. Now mix everything well by adding little water at a time because veggies will also leave water8. Once batter is ready add eno salt & mix it using water9. In a hot pan add oil - 1 tsp10. Add mustard & sesame seeds, also few curry leaves11. Now pour the batter and spread evenly 12. Cover with lid, cook on low flame atleast 10 mins13. Once done, flip and again cook from other side until crispy 14. Remove from pan and cut into triangles 15. Just enjoy this sabji with daal rice. Its easy & quick to make on your busy days. Recipe: 1. take oil in pan. 2. Add hing, cumin seeds & red chilies 3. Saute pearl onions for 2-3 mins4. Then add salt & few spices like coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder & fennel powder.5. Now cover & cook until onions are soft6. Add curd, mix continuously until curd leaves water and starts to boil7. We don’t want runny gravy just like hugging the onions.8.
