Tending to your mental health is a full body experience. In order to cater to the fullness of who you are and obtain the reality you seek, it is helpful to consider mind, body and soul.

I am catering to what my soul needs by slowly but surely releasing attachment to outcomes. There is a flow in life and it isn’t up to me to decide when those things play out or in what order. I can take my time and enjoy this moment I have now until what I desire makes itself available to me. Less pressure and more space to just enjoy life.

How are you catering to your soul?
