She is a Social Entrepreneur, and the founder of Healthy Pleasures Inc. ,a nonprofit organization geared towards raising awareness around mental health and the importance of practicing self care. She is also a published author of the literary work " Letters to the Queen's Soul, The Journey to Queendom” and two Self Care Planners. Most recently, she has made her debut as the esteemed host of a mental health based podcast, “Cope for the Culture”.

She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Mental Health and Self Care is her passion as she has worked in the mental health field since 2008 in different capacities and is very aware of the mental health needs in our society. Tiana has the strong desire to be a change agent in the world of mental health and help those in the community heal and grow within themselves one person at a time. Tiana’s hope is to assist her culture and community as well as other communities with identifying self-care practices and knowledge to improve and manage the quality of their lives.
