MAGA ILLINOIS SCOOP - RINO KIRK DILLARD CONSIDERING RUN FOR GOVERNOR

Sources say that former Illinois State Senator Kirk Dillard is taking steps toward making a third run for governor. Dillard was chief of staff to Governor Edgar and also worked for former governor James Thompson. Kirk Dillard has served as Chairman of the Board of the Illinois Regional Transportation Authority since 2014.

Kirk Dillard previously ran for governor in 2010 and 2014. In recent months, he has been meeting with Republican staffers in preparation for a run from the center-right business wing of the GOP. His team has leaked teasers of his potential run to the Chicago Sun-Times and Daily Herald.

But does Dillard have a chance? Not if Republican voters pay attention to his past.
