Tonight we shoot the final exam: By the end this is what you will be capable of. A full 4 course gourmet vegetarian meal to make any crowd gasp. A foodies delight!

Appetizer:
Sweet roasted acorn squash with goat cheese and apricot glaze

Salad:
Fresh apple salad with citrus vinaigrette

Main course:
Portabella mushroom steaks with marinated artichoke hearts and melted gruyere
Roast garlic mashed potatoes with chive butter
Honey walnut roasted brussel sprouts

Dessert:
Mascarpone cheesecake tart with black cherries

I am looking into an inexpensive kit or diy small, but, scalable aquaponics set up. Anyone have experience building their own? I was looking at something like this one:

It will cost you thousands to buy a pre-made aquaponics system. Since aquaponics is an easy to replicate ecosystem, you can build an effective cheap set-up.
