Any medium via which content (including, but not limited to, photographs, videos, messages, and sound files) is broadcast to, or capable of being broadcast to, the general public or a sizeable segment of the general public is referred to as a social media platform. For clarity's sake and as an illustration, social media platforms include (but are not limited to) Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, and any "blog" or another type of online journal.
Any company that offers a service for the public to spread speech, expression, information, or other content (usually content that includes messages, videos, pictures, and/or sound files) to other users or the public is referred to as a social media platform. The term "Social-Media Platform" refers to the company as a whole, as well as any of its officers, agents, workers, contractors, or other individuals employed by or acting on the Social-Media Platform's behalf, as well as any subcontractors or organizations engaged in fact-checking or other tasks related to Content Modulation. "Social-Media Platform" includes, but is not limited to, Google, Reddit, Facebook Messenger, WeChat, TikTok, Weibo, Wikipedia, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook (also known as Meta), Twitter, NextDoor, and Instagram. 📶💻
